Shipping & Returns
Because everything is hand-crafted, all items will be shipped within 10 - 14 days of order.
All orders will be shipped using UPS Ground. If you would like your package sooner, please note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. You will receive an email notification after your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

deWolfe ships worldwide. For international orders, any taxes, duties, or additional fees upon delivery are the responsibly of the customer. If you have any questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office. International packages can take up to 2 weeks to arrive after the item has shipped.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned unused, with tags still attached. Custom and monogrammed pieces are final sale. If you plan on returning a product, please let us know here. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. When sending your leather piece back to deWolfe, make sure to include the original receipt you received via email at the time of purchase. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable, and shipping for returns and exchanges are done at the customer’s expense.
